Overview

Restaurant Juvenebi is located in Khoni and operates as a multifunctional gastronomic space, combining both an indoor restaurant and an outdoor terrace. The venue is designed not only for everyday dining, but also for hosting events, private functions, and various types of activities.

Challenge

Due to the location and pricing segment, increasing sales was the primary challenge. Although the brand was positioned within the premium segment, attracting and engaging the right audience proved to be difficult.

Solution

A marketing strategy was developed with a focus on highlighting the venue’s multifunctionality and event-oriented potential. Various events were planned and executed, ensuring consistent venue occupancy. Special packages were created for events and private functions, lunch menus were introduced, the main restaurant menu was updated, and a flexible system of tailored offers was implemented to meet different needs and situations.
